Postcard-6:In My Heart, Nature Grows

This is another postcard which started life on my table being used to clean off stamps. I love the way the stamping turned out...as it was not planned and random to the point of the stamp fitting on the card... Out came the inktense, fineliners and white signo and I set to work. I did the initial colouring with the inktense before deciding which elements I wanted to bring out. I then doodled around these before deepening the colour in the background and adding the colour to the central plaque in the heart. More doodling and shading was added before finishing off with the white signo.
