The Demon Barber Of Queen Street

This is my response to an annoying neighbour...

The inspiration for the artwork is a flyer for the musical Sweeney Todd which is being perfomed at a local theatre and came through my door at just the right time I had written the poem a few weeks earlier. Created purely in photoshop. The font was a fre one called EDO..not sure where I found it..and is the exact font used on the original flyer. Instead of having a view of Westminster Abbey through the window, I used some images of local landmarks that I have on my pc. The first is the clock tower and the second is the Winter Gardens Theatre, both of which are easily recognisable to locals. As the full title of the musical is Sweeney Todd, The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, and wanting to keep the same layout for the title, I came up with a name for my demon barber which fit with the meter of the original.
